THE FOOTSTEPS FOUNDATION

Changing Lives,
Step by Step

We support individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, disability, ageing, dementia and financial hardship by helping improve access to support services, community programs and practical care.

Every donation helps us create more pathways to dignity, connection and support.

SUPPORTING LOCAL COMMUNITY

Helping people feel supported, seen and connected.

The Footsteps Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, disability, ageing-related needs, dementia and financial hardship.

Through community-focused initiatives and practical support pathways, we aim to break down barriers, reduce stigma and help people access the care, resources and services they need to improve their quality of life.

YOUR DONATION MATTERS

Every step of the journey is because of you.

Your generosity helps make support easier to reach. Every donation helps strengthen pathways to care — whether through wellbeing resources, community programs, respite access, dementia support, disability inclusion initiatives or practical assistance for people and families experiencing difficult seasons.

When you give to The Footsteps Foundation, you are helping create real moments of support: a person feeling less alone, a family finding guidance, or a community program becoming possible.a

Access to support services, programs and respite

We support individuals experiencing day-to-day challenges related to disability or mental health by helping them connect with the right support services, programs, and opportunities, all with the goal of maximising their quality of life.

We are dedicated to supporting the community sector with cost-effective solutions. Our socially impactful services are tailored to the needs of organisations across the NDIS, Aged Care, Community Services, and Allied Health sectors.
